Rural neighborhood entrance sign(s) suggestions?

Hello,

I've had this one rejected a couple of times for either sensitive location or private property, both of which are not true. There are two of these, one on either side of the neighborhood and I've tried both. Admittedly, this is a pretty rural spot with only one other wayspot nearby and I may be a stretching it a bit to try to get the entrance sign listed. There are no sidewalks anywhere in the neighborhood, but it is a few hundred homes now and definitely a busy area as kids are always hanging around the community mail center (visible in the background of the supplemental pic) and riding their bikes and such around the open space at the front of the neighborhood. These signs aren't new and have been here for at least 20 years.

Any thoughts as to how I could improve this submission? I know I've seen other entrance signs as wayspots, but I don't necessarily know what sets them apart from this one. Thanks!

Please let me know which of the Wayspot criteria the object falls under.

    Promote exploration, exercise, and socializing?

A low number of Wayspots is not a reason for approval.

I got the impression that the object was not suitable as a Wayspot.

Unfortunatly in MOST (Florida seemingly excepted) places the community/official stance is neighborhood signs do not meet any of the 3 criteria (Explore, Exercise, Gather) with the possible except if the community is famous or sign itself is artistic

You mention bikers and horse riders, any trails especially with signage or markers might be better locations.

😵‍💫 Street View into that neighborhood hurts my eyes.

Due to an old "clarification," most reviewers consider neighborhood signs categorically ineligible and to not align with "A great place for exploration, A great place for exercise, or A great place to be social with others" Wayspot criteria. You'll struggle with this and likely not get it in.

I see some trail paths around the pond past the mail pavilion. If any of those have signage they could be submitted. I didn't spend too much more time looking around but public areas or lands could be submitted with signage or if you can find discernable public infrastructure to help exploring like footbridges or piers.

Thanks all very much for the input! Makes sense to me. I'll have to look and see if there's any signage for the various trails and such... I think most of them are pretty unofficial, but maybe that's the way they like it!
