Additional information: The city of Tübingen has an art trail as part of the sightseeing programme called Kunstpfad. This statue is the 6th station on it, and is listed as 6th entry on the citys webiste here: https://www.tuebingen.de/19.html#/34539/34578

The information on that site states, the statue is called "Wengerter", the current name "Salzträger" is wrong since the statue is dedicated to making wine, not salt.
