Wayfarer Withdrawal for Upgrade Next Nomination Not Withdrawing

I have my wayfarer very first wayfarer spot that I created back in 2020 that will not withdraw for some reason. I believe it is because it is in the Upgrade Next category along with still being in the queue, but it’s been 3 years and I just want to use the Upgrade Next feature on my new nominations. Anyone know what I should do to stop getting this E5 error message?

That is working as intended, even if it isn't a popular functionality. The only thing you can do is review nominations until you get enough agreements to earn an upgrade for your nomination that's marked Upgrade Next. At that point it'll get it through the system much more quickly and you can then work towards another upgrade which can be applied to a different nomination.
