Wayspots submitted via Ingress go straight to "not accepted"

Tried to submit a wayspot via Ingress, after 5 minutes I saw no new mail so I checked my contributions on Wayafarer to find out that it is already marked as "Not accepted". Tried again with wi-fi, same thing. Submitting via Ingress worked fine to me till 13/01/2023 and worked fine as well on 14/01 via PoGo.
