Waypoint restored last year still not restored.

Although marked for restore, this still has not appeared back in the system in either Pokemon or Ingress.

Can you please have a look?

It has been restored, but my guess is that it's not appearing in either of the mentioned games due to the proximity rules of those games.

Restorations seem to be subject to the proximity rules, even if the wayspot originally ignored the proximity rules.
