Unfortunately it appears that Hide away park brewery is in the same cell as Winter Park Wooden Swing and therefore will not show up as a pokestop.
Okay. I've actually reported the "Winter Park Wooden Swing" as an invalid stop as it no longer exists. Once that gets removed, is it possible to add the Hideaway Park Brewery stop?
