Does anyone know why 2 poi's in a unique level 17 cells wouldn't show up?

I got two Waypoints accepted yesterday. I know portals show up on the ingress map around 5pm est. I know Pogo stops or gyms show up around 3 pm est. One is a wall of honor for the military and the other is a church. They are each on separate sides of town, but I did check and each of them are in unique level 17 cells. They should both show up in Pogo and Ingress, but I only see them in Ingress. Does the pogo map not update every day?

I know it's OT, but pls bear with me...

1. How and where do you see the cells

And 2. Out of curiosity (and testing something out) would you be willing to share the locations of the 2 wayspots?

Thanks. I know the emails say to allow up to 48 hours before the Waypoints show up, but this is the first time things I knew and planned for the area specifically haven't showed up the next day. The church is supposed to be the first gym in that part of town so I'm over here like...where you at? 😂

This isn’t just for you, this is for others who may be reading these forums curious about the cells. Niantic doesn’t tell you about cells and technically we’re not supposed to know about them.
