New pokestop submission not working

Hi guys

i tried to create a new pokestop but the app is bugging (when i approve the fotos the app closed him self).

I reinstall the app but it still bugging.

Is there other poeple with the same problem?

This is a common issue, especially on Android. The workaround that usually works is to not take the photos in app. Instead, use your phone's regular camera app to take your main and supporting images, and then open Pokémon Go, use the wayspot submission tool, and choose "use existing" when it wants you to take photos. This will open your gallery and you can choose the photo you just took.

In addition to the steps from @HankWolfman-PGO - you might want to try clearing the app data, should the issue be caused by a temporary file causing you issues. I've needed to do this myself when making wayspot submissions, where my app would also crash.

*Note that clearing app data or uninstalling will log you out, and require you to log back in, so ensure you know the account password first*

On Android, you can clear the cache and data manually:

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Settings app.
2. Tap Apps.
3. Find "Ingress" and tap it.
4. Tap Storage.
5.  Press "Clear Cache" then "Clear Data" or "Clear Storage"

On iOS, you need to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear the app data: Steps

The app also closes even doing this things a lot for me. I have being choosing the location last and not in the start of the nomination, it helps a bit too. Also my phone is getting to hot so I only do the nominations at home.
