Starbucks Invalid Portal

According to my research on wayfarer forums and portal criteria, starbucks cannot be opened as a portal. However, some portals that are automatically opened after the forsquare portals implemented in Turkey are shown as normal portals by adding photos. Such portals should be removed, because they do not comply with the rules. The portal, which I will add the link below, needs to be removed.
