Valid nomination are getting rejected

Hi
I have posted so many valid nomination in the pokemon game but all of them get rejected even after they are valid POI . I think that niantic reviews are unable to review my nomination properly and are rejecting it constantly so please review the nomination properly and help to make it in a well systematic way .

Please feel free to show us screenshots your rejected nominations. Maybe we can offer you some advice.
@InviteINraid1-PGO Bear in mind that submitting a "valid POI" is not enough. You also have to present it in a way that reviewers can understand and verify. Doing this is a combination of an art and a skill, and it's not something that Niantic has been very good at teaching players.
Also, many people are confused about what makes a high-quality wayspot. I have no idea if your candidates are solid or not, but it's not uncommon for someone to be upset that their valid POI was rejected only to learn that it actually wasn't valid.

You may want to nominate the wall mural itself as art. Restaurants are very hard to get accepted. The reviewers need to be convinced the restaurant is a local gem, a place you might take visitors from out of town. Serving tasty food isn’t usually enough. Practically all restaurants serve tasty food or they would go out of business.
That statue is more than likely eligible. It’s hard to tell from the photo if it is a small, moveable Statue reviewers may reject it as temporary. And obviously it cannot be in private single family residence.
@InviteINraid1-PGO Just being a restaurant (even a one-off local one rather than a chain) does not necessarily make a good wayspot. There needs to be something special about the restaurant, something that makes it a "local gem" or otherwise important to the local community. If there's something special about the restaurant then you need to make that clear to reviewers in your description and supporting information. I do this often, but I recommend my article How to submit things that get accepted for suggestions on how to present wayspot candidates more effectively. @29andCounting-PGO is right that you may have more luck with the mural.
At a minimum the statue needs to be convincingly permanent, have safe pedestrian access, and be in a location that is acceptable (e.g. not on K-12 school property or at a private home.) You also need to be able to convince reviewers of its location, which can be challenging if street view does not exist at that location. Did it have rejection reasons?
@InviteINraid1-PGO Try taking a photo of the 2 fish in that mural. The mural should be eligible and framing just the two fish will make it look like art. Ask if the mural has a real name. If no one in the shop knows the real name, give it a name that is descriptive and unique for many miles around you. I suspect that this shop is not really named "Ginger restaurant" so that may have been part of the reason your first submission was rejected. You might name it Finland Fish Mural, since the word Finland is in the body of the lower fish. That should be a fairly unique name in India, I'm guessing.
As others have said, it's difficult to tell if the second thing is eligible because we can't tell where it's located. I would caution you from using words like "our" in descriptions. I would change the description to something more like
"In Hindu, Durga is a principal form of the Goddess, created after slaying the buffalo demon Mahishasura. As displayed here, she is typically shown riding a tiger to represent a fierce menacing form to her enemies. The weapons she is holding were bestowed on her by the gods and used in her battle to over come the buffalo demon."
Although You forgot to tell them sorry we didn't approve your local restaurant but be sure and visit all those Starbucks Pokestops and Ingress Portals that Niantic allowed in their games!
What are those rejection reasons? What does varanasi up mean
Ignore that, its just the place lol. But it's strange there isn't any rejection reasons

Remember to say what acceptance criteria you think your nominations meet. Your supporting info should explain how it's a place to explore, exercise, or socialize. Do they have weekly trivia contests? Do they host networking meetings? https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/criteria/eligibility
If you want to log it as a restaurant with good food - use yelp or google. Niantic isn't trying to mark every restaurant. Wayspots need to go beyond "it exists".
I thought Durga is a goddess, so 'Lord' would be an incorrect title.
