Accepted wayspot not showing up in Pokemon Go nor Ingress

As mention in the subject, the wayspot has been accepted several weeks ago but not showing up in Pokemon Go and also not in Ingress.
There are several spots close by but this one should be right inside an empty an empty level 17 cell, even if just on the edge.
Coordinates are this as per Google maps:
51,4966010, 12,4965379
Any idea?

It is a complicated one.
It used to be that wayspots were accepted and if they met Ingress rules, would appear there and from there selected into Pokémon Go. This meant the Ingress Intel map was reliable.
That changed. They are now accepted into the Lightship database and each game draws wayspots that mets its rules. So now it is possible for points to appear in both games, just in Ingress, Pokémon go and not ingress or neither game. So the intel map does not always reflect the database.
This is a screenshot of what is in Lightship.
I’ve picked out your wayspot and marked in blue letter A.
There is also another wayspot in yellow letter B
This is the screenshot in ingress
You can see that neither A or B appear on ingress. This is because they are within the dark circles which represent the 20m requirement for ingress. So for Ingress these don’t exist.
Your point A is close to boundary of cells 1 and 2. Both of these are occupied so it would not appear in Pokémon Go either.
Point B could appear Pokémon Go as although very close to the others it is across a cell boundary. I can see another point ( Patronatskirche Wölkau) at the top of the cell right on the line but it is in that cell so either B or the PW one will appear.
I think that perhaps on pogo maps the one - Gut Wolkau eingang has been slightly misplaced hence you had the impression cell 1 was empty.
So I hope that helps you understand what has happened here.

Not sure which nomination you are referring to. I see four cells in that area that are all full.
Btw, the wayspot is called "Eingang Barockschloss Schönwölkau"
Ok, trying with some very basic screenshot. There are two spots in the upper middle cell, one showing in in pokemon which seems alright.
The one in question should be in the lower middle cell. At least if i look up the cells in pogomaps it seems to be in this empty cell there. And even if it was in another cell, it should at least show up in Ingress, shouldnt it?
I believe it shares a cell with Gut Wolkau Eingang for Pokemon and it's too close to 1867-Historisches Wohnhaus for Ingress. pOGO maps isn't always accurate.
You could suggest an edit of Gut Wölkau Eingang
Do you know what the distance limit is for ingress? Close by, I have three ingress portals within a few meters of each other.

Thanks. I think you are spot on. Gut Wölkau Einfang should actually be in the other cell, left of 2 pretty much in the bottom right corner. Need to see how I can ask to change that.
@PokePeter103806-PGO Is Gut Wölkau Einfang already in a correct location? If so, then Niantic considers it abuse to move it just to put it into a different cell.
I think it's not quite in the correct spot right now but will have to double check when I am back on site.
The red circle is the actual entry to the castle though which is why I think it needs to be moved. It's were that triangle is on the roof.
I believe you can request edits through Pokémon. It goes into voting.
