Recently the pace of wayspot review is sped up in my region but the quality is very doubtful. There is a bias to "mural" which are merely random wall paintings but nice gathering places are rejected, especially those that are in the countryside. I have submitted a community centre on a family trail walk on a very reachable island. The place is clearly visible on google satellite map. But it was rejected, saying it was a school (?!!!), plus "other rejection criteria". For all others rejection I'd say maybe it not up to the taste, but this rejection really makes me doubt the quality and intention of the reviewers.

Please attach a screenshot of what you posted.
We can read it easily if you can copy and paste the text into the text because it can be translated automatically.
Finding a way to get your application approved is much more constructive than complaining about the reviewers.

I checked your post and location.
You're right, I didn't find any elements in your post to reject.
I think you were unlucky this time because you didn't get the reviewer's understanding.
It takes time to appeal, so I think you can submit it again.
There is a possibility that you will meet a different reviewer than the last time and be approved.
If you submit three times and all are rejected, think about the next method.

how long usually does it take to appeal?
It is uncertain when the outcome of the appeal will be known.
Sometimes results come out in about a month, and sometimes we have to wait for half a year or more.
It may be quicker to stock photos of nearby candidates and nominate them again.
Uploading is wasteful, so I recommend you not to use it.
I honestly can't see why this has been rejected. I might have even given it five stars, considering its importance to the community. I think some reviewers are just racing through, not taking time to read.

It looks like this already exists in the database. It may not appear in Go though as it is being blocked from appearing due to another spot, Lo So Shing Family Beach, occupying the same cell?
