"no nominations are available"

Under Contributions I see "no nominations are available". Is there a minimum number of reviews I must complete before making my own contribution?

I am level 37 in Pokemon Go and watched the tutorial. Thanks.

You submit nominations from within Pokémon Go. If you've passed the Wayfarer test, the button should be available for you in the Pokémon Go in game settings menu.

I did pass. Rebooting the app seems to have fixed the issue. Thanks all!
