This is not a water tower, its a storage tank as can be seen in the video here:

It's an extremely poor candidate for a point of interest and frankly I'm surprised it's even one given its location in a restricted access industrial area right next to a highspeed track, but at least we should name it correctly if the wayspot isn't eligible to actually be removed after hundreds of rejected appeals.

@NianticLC Why does this change keep getting approved? The portal is in fact a water tower. The "evidence" video that Nysyr linked does not mention the water tower whatsoever, let alone support their claim that it is not a water tower. These title change requests are just abusive attempts to make it seem like the portal is not valid. Please revert this change back to it's original valid title.
