Pokestops accepted in 2022 doesnt appear in Pokemon Go

Pokestops accepted last year (January and February) are not showing in Pokemon go, both murals are in a park nearby -53.133579, -70.914765 in Punta Arenas, Chile

I don't see "Mural Luffy" in the Intel Ingress map, but "Conejo volador" is sharing the L17 cell with two other wayspots "Gimnasio para todos" and "Parque José de Moraleda", so it won't appear in Pokemon Go and I guess that the Mural is too close to one of the other wayspots to show up in Ingress.
You can search in google for Pokemon Go S2 cells to understand how that works because Niantic doesn't want us to talk about it and pretend that it's a secret.
Mural Luffy is almost on top of Plaza Garcia Marti, which likely means it's in the same cell as well and is definitely within 20 metres.
