First time uploading Pokestop is failing to upload

I didn't find any FAQ for what might be going on, but I'm submitting my first Pokestop and it seems to get stuck on the "Upload" portion. I can see the spinning pokeball and I've had it sitting here for at least 5-10 minutes but doesn't seem to finish. I tried it several times from the stop location but figured maybe the location had bad internet so I went home to submit and it still sits there spinning after I hit "Upload". My internet here at home is great, and the game was working fine from the location I submitted from and from home. I even tried "Upload Later" option thinking maybe I could save the data and try again elsewhere but even that gets stuck on that Upload screen.

Are there any tips for what I might be doing wrong here? Images too big? Too much text? Maybe something in the text that the App doesn't like? Maybe an issue with uploading to Niantic Wayfarer?

Any help would be appreciated.

    Oh and I also don't see it here on the review website in my "Contributions" section so I don't think it's getting uploaded at all. Ah, and Android phone if that matters and I've given the App the permissions it says it needs.

    Well... ignore all that. I have no idea why it worked this time but maybe restarting the app is what did it? I also am thinking that perhaps pasting the text into the "why it should be a nomination" may have been too long, so I edited it before pasting as before it would cut off the text. So maybe the paste made it too long but the UI only showed part of it. No idea. LOL

    I always had problems when trying to upload from a weaker signal on mobile data, spinning ball, nomination not uploading, nomination uploading twice, app stalling and crashing.

    I usually get the pictures then do the text later if possible to prevent errors.

    Good to know that it got sorted.

    Uploading later is a good option. You can just put in minimal text. Rarely, Niantic takes a brand new upload to review instantly, but otherwise you can go to the contributions page and put the wayspot on hold whilst you edit the text. Once you are happy with the edited version. You can release the hold.
