TLDR: Kindergarten has been closed since 2020. It is now used by Marthas and it has people living on it. That link has news about the closing and it is proof for my claim. Thank you in advance.

U can close this. I got this done from Pokemonlive report location. POI is now back.
usually you will restore something faster with a normal report in the game than on the forum.
