Nomination accepted, but not visual in-game

Back in august 2022 one of my nominations got accepted, and I couldn't wait to see it in-game, as a pokéstop.
The problem is that it hasn't been added to the game yet, and it's been more than 48 hours, half a year to be exact.

As your acceptance email states, not all wayspots will appear in all Niantic games. Each game has proximity rules to determine what does and does not get added to the map. In this case your nomination is in the same level 17 S2 cell as The Three Coffee Beans, so it can't appear in Pokémon Go. It is used in Ingress though and may be used in other Niantic games and products as well.

First congrats on getting something accepted, but unfortunately it won’t appear in Pokémon Go.
Although the impression you are given when you submit something is that you are submitting to be a pokestop the reality is that you are submitting something with the potential to be a pokestop.
Once your nomination is approved, it is a wayspot in the Lightship database - this holds all approved wayspots and is separate from all Niantic games.
That is the end point of wayfarer, and what happens next is not related to wayfarer.
Each game sets its own rules as to what it will take from the database to use in that particular game.
For Pokémon Go the rules revolve around the use of some mapping software commonly referred to as S2 cells.

The key is that in PoGo it only accepts 1 wayspot in each Level 17 cell, so if there is already a pokestop or gym in the game in that cell, yours will not be selected to enter Pokémon Go.
This what has happened in your case
Your wayspot Big Circle is in the same Level 17 cell as the 3 coffee beans. Presumably this other wayspot is already in the game it blocks yours from being used.
It is disappointing and frustrating when this happens. It is worth reading the information about the cells so you are aware for the future.
Is the coffee beans thing in the wrong place?
What if the location of the pokestop were to be moved more to the left, but would still be in the "circle". Could it potentially be approved then, because I can see that a gym and a pokestop are appearing in each others circumferences.
Do I need to make a new nomination, with its location changed, or is it something you can do?

Is it misplaced? If it’s in the right location, and you’re moving something just to benefit one game, it’s considered location abuse and is a no.
If you make a new nomination, it will be marked as a Duplicate as it already exists in the database.
@McPesMas-PGO If you submit it again then reviewers will mark it as a duplicate.
It looks like the pin is right in the middle of the object. Niantic has told us that we aren't supposed to move pins to manipulate the board for one specific game if the pin is already in a correct location. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like this will go live in Pokemon Go unless the other wayspot is removed.
I'm not making a new one then, but could the location be moved, it would still be inside of "the big circle".
My location is in the center, but am I wrong to think it would be allright to move it further left, but would still be inside of "the big circle".

It’s not rejected. It was accepted into the database. Think that you’re nominating Wayspots that could become PokéStops, instead of that you’re nominating PokéStops.
As for the location, that’s up to reviewers. Some will have plug ins that show you’re trying to move it into another cell & could report abuse if so.

Looks like this shows the beans on a green circle which would make it next to the dragonfly.
Edit that is wrong the beans are where they are supposed to be found a better view.
The dragon fly has 3 larval stages which is what confused me.
so the beans are ok.

if you had been aware of the cell arrangement then on submission you could have placed it to the left. It may have been moved to the centre but the left would be a natural entrance point from that direction so I see nothing specifically wrong.
However now that it has been accepted the pin placement shouldn’t be moved as it’s not wrong and moving a pin that isn’t wrong in order to fit in with cells is considered wrong.
So I think you are stuck with the way things are
You could perhaps submit point marked with red circle as the entrance to the whole area. If you can still submit a photosphere that might help plus any link about the whole of this outdoor socialising space.
I can’t tell from satellite but is there something distinct where I have put the blue cross???
The beans are in the correct place.
Technically The Big Circle could have been located at multiple positions. If it had originally been placed to the left a bit which would have been 100% fine the coffee beans would be live in Go.
A small minority of players would say you are abusing the system as would Niantic. The vast majority of players couldn't give a f#ck.
It's your choice to attempt to move the pin, you would have to have a convincing reason for why you want it moved otherwise it either most likely won't be accepted and you may be told you are being a very naughty boy and scolded.

I mean the pin could have went anywhere.
Unfortunately for the poster I can't really see/invent a good reason to move it.
Probably better to learn about S2 cells, download IITC and the Wayfarer app and use the knowledge for their next submission.
