Pokestop Spielgerät nicht akzeptiert

Hello everyone,
can someone explain to me why this pokestop was not accepted?
There's already a Pokestop in the back (the red play equipment), but that shouldn't be the reason, right? Is it because of the fences that have been set up around the playground that you might mistakenly think it's a kindergarten?!
Thanks for your help :-).

Individual pieces of play equipment in a play area aren't usually eligible for their own wayspots. Instead, you should have one wayspot for the playground as a whole, and any additional submitted equipment should be marked as duplicates, which looks to be what has partially happened here (not visually unique wouldn't normally show as a rejection reason).
And what if you have a playground, which is a Stop, and in the direct vicinity they built a ropeway and a new table tennis table? Could this be accepted? I mean, nothing will be accepted currently.. but I am still wondering
Different reviewers will see things differently. Some may see a rope course as part of the playground and others may consider it separate. Table tennis would almost certainly be considered separate.
