Niantic reviewing a stop / General wait time?

i am also a U.K. wayfinder.
They time taken for review in the U.K. is very variable and depends where the submission is. I am in the Stockport and it takes over 27 months. If I travel to Manchester airport it takes around 1 month.
If I upgrade it takes 1-2 days.
“in voting by Niantic” usual resolves quite quickly.
what was the timing.
after submission there is normally a wait of 2-7 days when it is held “in queue”
Did this automatically get upgraded once submitted?
Was it at any point in normal “in voting” status.
roughly how long before it got the Niantic tag.
Sorry for the questions just want to understand what has happened.
@XPGDark-PGO I have an appeal that went into Niantic voting around the same time yours did. It's been there 5 or 6 months. Maybe all appeals pulled into voting that day/week/month went into limbo, and Niantic reviewers have no way of knowing they exist. (Same as regular nominations do sometimes.)
My Niantic Voting limbo nomination was originally made 2018-01-04. It was appealed last spring (2022), in "Appealed" status around 6 months before going into "In Voting" status last autumn.
when Niantic pulls something of mine into voting, i generally get an answer within a day or two of seeing the "Niantic voting" message. they don't work weekends though.
