承認されたウェイスポットがポケGO又は、Ingressでは、全く持って反映されていないです。

大分前に承認されたウェイスポットがポケGO又は、Ingressでは、反映されていないです。後改善をお願いしたいこともあります。既存のウェイスポットがある場合は、そのセルの中で、新規承認されたウェイスポットが距離の関係なのかわからないですがその距離の問題がある場合いくら承認されても反映され無い問題があります。反映される距離の改善をお願いします。

The Wayfarer team does not choose the distance rules for each game. Those are set by the teams who work on each of the games. If you have an issue with the rules, you can try to contact the support of that game, but they're unlikely to change anything as those rules are part of how the game works.
前々回にポケGOがはに、改善をお願いしましたが、サポートの対象がいでこちらに連絡をするようにと言われました。履歴も残っています。たらい回しが現実ですかね！ユーザーの意見聞くと言いながら全く持って酷い対応をされました。ここでもたらい回しですか？
