Request to restore removed wayspot

This portal highlighting a piece of street art was removed and yet it meets eligibility criteria since it encourages exploration of a part of the town that is outside the usual touristic area.
Besides it is a real permanent work of art. It cannot be seen on Streetview because the specific street it is in was not covered by the mapping vehicle. However I have joined a video identifying the street and the painting.
Finally the cat was cleverly painted as sitting in a hollow part of a concrete post on a pavement / sidewalk. This is proper safe public domain.
Niantic reviewers have obviously been misled into removing it by some ill-intentioned agents and I would be grateful if you would consider restoring this wayspot and locking it to prevent any further abuse and waste of time.
