The waypoint is located in a new neighborhood. It is a false waypoint, the cross is rather in the cemetery (on the waypoint image, you can see another cross at the bottom of the image).

As confirmed by the localized images, the old cross is not visible anywhere in this residential area.

The cross is really located in the cemetery at this location (43.962179,2.8879158). We can see it via Google Streetmap (last image below).
