How to get this Marina /Pier Through

So as you know I have nominated this place several times. It has been rejected for numerous reasons. This time I took the photo from the Marina side as recommended by someone.
This time rejected again for being natural feature - it is a pier and marina - how is this natural?
Poor quality about it. did you open it to review. Nothing low qualifty about it. But I guess it is subjective.
In the past. This has been rejected for misplaced location. No it was not.
Rejected For being a private residence. no it is not.
Rejected as Inappropriate location. Nothing over 18 about this place. No guns. Sex. Drugs. not adult only bar or adult only services.
Rejected for No pedestrian access. It is publically accessible. Has a downstairs fully seated cafe. has a restuarant. Has a public footpath in front of it. In fact with seating on the footpath for the hole in the wall cafe. Has a publically accessible pathway to marina along side. You cannnot get to the downstairs cafe unless you use the path on the other side to the path that goes to the marina.
Rejected for Orientation of photo. ****.
It was rejected for people. Totally accept that. Photo was taken from 100m away. The only way to see the people was to open the photo in full size. So respect. Why from 100m. The pier is over 100m long. Wanna fit the marina in too then you need to take it from far away
It is fully in google street view. and on Google Aerial view.
It is home to kayak sports and training centre. Kinda like a gym but on water.
It has numerous supporting websites for the facilities there.
WHAT am I Missing Please ;-) Because 50 m away there is in the water storm over flow pipe. Which you can only reach when the tide is out. It is manky, covered in oyster shells. It is a POI/WayPoint.
So.........help me :-) AGAIN

This rejection reason is too unreasonable to understand.
If it is rejected no matter what measures you take, I think you have no choice but to use a complaint.
If it is an unreasonable review so far, it will be unavoidable to exercise the right.
I don't think it's a good idea to waste any more effort on unserious reviewers.
Niantic reviews take time, but I think it's better for your mental health than the old methods.
The images aren’t doing the heavy lifting here. I can’t entirely put my finger on why, but when I look at the images in both of these threads they’re not telling me how they meet criteria. When I read the description I also was a little confused; not until I read your summary (sporting destination AND social destination AND historical location… the criteria trifecta!) did I think ‘okay, that makes sense.’ In that way it reminds me of the AMA in which Tintino made the case for shopping center signage, as a representative of several places that may not meet criteria on their own, but could as an aggregate. That said, I haven’t seen shopping center signage move into mainstream acceptance since that ruling, so you may have reviewers reacting to this nomination in the same way; as a sort of shopping center on the water.
Does the sport club have a sign of its own? That may do the trick where the whole marina doesn’t.
This is the OP's most recent attempt at a main photo.
I don't know what you're on, seriously.
To be fair, the more you nominate something, the more you annoy reviewers. So the reject reasons will become more and more non-sensical over tieme. But the inverse can technically occur. The more and more you nominate something and you tire out reviewers, they may eventually accept. Like they did with The Beach Cafe in Malabar (gratulation by the way~). Except, that attempt was far better because you weren't taking a photo of a table and chairs but the actual cafe building itself.
As I said in the last post, reframe your nomination to be less about the Marina in general (it's just a stilt structure) and more about what's on it: the distinguished restaurant called The Boathouse on it. The Boathouse is mentioned in The Urban List and some of its awards that its won. It speaks volumes for itself.
And if you can maybe focus on the photo of the boathouse signage itself (pictured below), you will have a much stronger nomination. If you don't want to and rather ignore my advice like you did previously, then I'm sorry but you're getting 1 star from me.
I think this one will keep challanging me. All good. Thanks for the feeback people.
I did nomintate the name. Got hit as being a private residence. It is the word house I think :-) May go again
@HaramDingo-ING I re read your last post. I think I will try again the sign and the awards. We shall see. Will get on my bike and wonder down again. I was across the road last week rescuing a possum (cat munched it :-( would have done it then if I had my brain screwed on
As someone who loves water, any version of this would have been approved by me. By default, marinas are places for exploring, IMO. I've gotten little floating docks with much less around them approved. I think your reviewers are not voting correctly on this.
@SeaprincessHNB-PGO Thank you :-)
OK someone nominated the same sign I had nominated once and it got accepted
So I will redo purely from the pier and marina POV
Any takers on it getting accepted :-)
10 quid says nope
I appealed one of my multiple nominations for this and it was accepted. As PGO player sad to not see it as someone nominated the Restuarant on the Marina
But it was accepted. :-) @SeaprincessHNB-PGO
Yay - this was the main photo. But hey.
@X0bai-PGO I see so many shopping centre signs these days :-)
Yes the sea kayak centre has its own signage but it is not on the pier itself. they have centre on the marina arms . Like a large floating sport club with all the sea skis etc club room and so on. I might nominate that but I fear people will see floating thing and go temp.
Re the photos. I do get caught up on the whole thing not the generic thing. and with a pier over 50m long and a marine 300m long then really hard to get a great image that does not have or did not have water or sky in it. Harams photo of the Restuarant name I tried once and failed but someone nominated the same and it succeeded so valid points on what photos work and to be singular focused not multiple :-)
Thanks to everyone for your feedback. Appreciated
Congrats….that was one long hard battle but glad to hear result.
