complete nonsense nominations

Why are all the nominations I submit being rejected? in a large shopping center there are many stops. even in places that no longer exist. This mall is privately owned. When I enter the shopping center near me as a point, it is rejected?!?! I see the most idiotic points as stop / waypoint from trash cans to a dot on the sidewalk. Apparently this is all right? A charging station for cars is not allowed? A hidden park is also not allowed? Really, those who judge can flush them down the toilet! What arbitrariness!

You are correct, a car charging station doesn't really meet any criteria and should be rejected.
If you want advice, feel free to post screenshots of some of your rejected nominations in the Nomination Improvement section. Attach them using the paperclip icon, otherwise they'll go into moderator review.
Hello and welcome @CatchRobert-PGO
First of all this forum is for the global community of wayfinders - both nominator and reviewers. It is unlikely that a member of Niantic staff will respond, but we can try to give our views in an attempt to help you.
Please do post in nomination improvement, especially the hidden park, we can then give specific feedback.
Your frustration with the experience of nominating potential places is not unusual - I would guess that at some point everyone has had the experience of a non-acceptance and been left wondering why. Several elements of the system leads to this.
A fundamental issue is that the process your nominations will go through is not explained as clearly as it should be in my opinion. This includes what happens and what you are told when it’s not accepted.
Your nominations are normally reviewed and decided upon by fellow wayfinders, in accordance with sets of guidelines. Those reviewers will be based in your part of the world. However they are unlikely to be familiar with your exact location and will rely solely on the information you present to them in your nomination. So you need to put yourself in the position of someone who hasn’t seen this before. This may mean stating things that seem obvious to you in the supplementary information and providing links to evidence to backup what you have said.
On top of that each reviewer is an individual and will have slightly different opinions. To balance this, your nomination goes to a number of people - no one knows how many, to get an overall “score” as to whether it is acceptable. So if something isn’t accepted then a number of people have felt there is not a strong enough case. Posting to nomination improvement can help you through having a fresh look.
Well and some wayfarer just don’t know the rules and/or reject everything they don’t like. For example it’s hard in Germany to get hiking or bike trails accepted.
i wish there Niantic would test our knowledge with feedback and if you fail often, your reviews aren’t rated until you pass the tests.
as a reviewer I would appreciate to see my voting and the community votings to boost my knowledge. At the moment I review a bunch of stops and get some points or not and can only guess the reviews that weren’t right. That would improve my nominations too…
If one of your rejection reasons is "Other Rejection Criteria" - that is the important one that most people chose. It means they didn't see how the nomination met any eligibility criteria, as described here https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/criteria/eligibility summarized as Explore, Socialize, or Exercise. If your description is just a long version of "it exists" (it really really exists!) - then you didn't explain how it meets any eligibility.
Other rejection reasons shown may have been chosen by one person as a stray click accident, or maybe Niantic threw it in randomly.
