Pokémon stop

I recently had a Pokémon stop nomination rejection overturned on appeal in Decwmber 2022. It is now February and the Pokémon stop is still not showing on the Pokémon Go map. Why?

If you can provide its title and location (lat, long), anyone can help checking whether your nomination can appear in GO or not.
if it has been accepted, it probably only appears in the ingress
Did you read this line in your emails before?
Remember that not all accepted nominations will appear in all Niantic games (and may take up to 48 hours to appear)
Though Pokémon GO tells you that you’re submitting a PokéStop and Ingress Prime tells you that you’re submitting a Portal, you are not.
You’re submitting a Wayspot to the Lightship database that may become a PokéStop or Portal if it meets the inclusion rules for that game. For Ingress, so long as it’s not within 20m of an existing Portal, it’ll go live. For Pokémon GO, you can only have one PokéStop per S2 L17 cell. If your newly accepted Wayspot doesn’t meet these, it won’t appear in these games and is saved in “the pantry” for future titles to choose to add.
It's been 2 months.
You can then expect that the S2 Level 17 cell is already occupied. There can only be 1 Pokestop per such cell, which is a rectangle of some square kilometres basically. You can use maps like pogomap.info, and compare with the situation in game.
Any additional accepted nomination in such a cell won't be used by Pokémon GO, but can be used by other Niantic Games like Ingress
