How does a gym get removed?

Somehow a gym was nominated on my apartment complex private dog park. Sure, residents gather there but it isn’t open to the public and we already have problems with non-residents using the park - this gym gives an incorrect connotation that it is open to the public. It is also placed where residents can abuse the gym (people who live in the buildings within the vicinity) without even going outside and playing the game as intended.

The property owner can ask for the Wayspot to be removed if it's causing problems. Otherwise, it doesn't sound like it meets removal criteria

if people can stand outside the dog park and still access the wayspot, and not enter the dog park, I'm not sure what the issue is, as pedestrian access is possible. As for people being able to access the gym from inside the building, there are countless stops and gyms where people access them all the time from inside some type of building, so that does not qualify as a legitimate reason to get a gym removed.
