Wayspot nomination hasn't yet approved

I submitted some new wayspot nomination on 26/01/2023. It has been around a month but it doesn't seems to go through. Nor are there any way to check what's going on with it.
Please anyone guide through what's currently happening

It's normal.
It is in the queue or in voting as you can see in your Wayfahrer account. You can speed up this process significantly by rating wayspots yourself and earning upgrades.

Nominations can be reach a decision anywhere from a few days to 2+ years. This is normal.
When you say there is no way to check to see what's going on with it, you do know that you can see your contributions at https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/nominations
It would be a little odd if you were able to find this forum without knowing that but I just wanted to make sure.
