PLZ explain this rejection by Niantic

Hello,
this nomination was rejected by fellow wayfarer and then by Niantic. The wayfarer reasons are stupid and I appealed it. Niantic now says it’s generic. A historical building from the 15th century, that is a official cultural memorial.
i just don’t get it. Why isn’t it historical relevant?

I can’t see your Supporting Information but I wonder if it contained links about the area. I can see why it’s marked as generic possibly, but you have to remember that Niantic reviewers are people too, and not infallible.
It certainly looks generic. This nomination would need a lot of good supporting information to show historical value and current (non-residential) use to get consideration.

The same. Every time I try to offer building or a part of it very interesting and with art content - sculpture on on it, interesting door, special design… - always they say that it is private property! Seriously? We have 95% of buildings in private property! How to play, if pokestops situates too far from each other, more than 500 m! What we can find in a park - trees, may be 2-3 objects and again nothing!
