I think Banjarmasin or Pontianak at Kalimantan have quite a number of mosque nomination, but dedicated reviewers might be able to complete it within a day
Originally, I had Jakarta as my bonus location as well. Out of 100 reviews, I was averaging 5 to 10 reviews from Indonesia. I definitely feel they need to increase the number of Indonesia reviews that we see.
I chose Semarang. I haven't tracked it, but I'd say I average 1 of 10 reviews in Indonesia. But it goes in spits and spurts. Sometimes I get 2 or 3 Indonesia in a row. Sometimes I go 15-20 without any. I just keep at it.
Well yes and no, the challenge should not only boost a specific area but also benefit more local communities, although the balance was definitely too much to the local ones..
I did 100 reviews last night and got only 5 Indonesia. On the other hand, when I reviewed in Rwanda for one of the bonus hops, I got a lot more, maybe 25%. Not sure what is going on there.
I had Surabaya as location, and submits from there was very rare, too. I eventually moved back to Africa, as I think I could be of better use there. I don’t care much about rewards, I just want to help out where I’m needed.
However, being able to change location more often was great, and I hope to see some continuation of this.
I wonder if it has to do with one's home/playing location reviews queues.
My own local queues are usually very short, so once I was done with them I got exclusively Indonesian nominations to review. Some Indonesian locations didn't have a lot to offer, but others had dozens and dozens of reviews to go through.
In the U.K. several areas have 2 year backlogs and I think most of the U.K. reviewers have reported few Indonesian ones except for a brief time around day 3 or 4.

Quite possibly.
