Pokestop/Portal didnt apear after accepted

Hi Guys
A Waystop was accepted several days before:
Name of the Stop: Gemüsezentrale Tägerwilen
Coords: 47.658471,9.130563
The Cell is Empty and there is no other POI wo may can block the new POI.
Can you check it please?

I didn't see your Wayspot in Lightship map either. Maybe the location owner requested to block Wayspots there?
Your wayspot is accepted and live in Ingress, but not at those coordinates. Reviewers moved it.

Yeah, I can tell that, even despite the rather fragmented street view imagery.
I think the issue is that if you type Gemüsezentrale Tägerwilen into Google maps, it takes you to the building that the pin got moved to. I'm guessing that they may use both buildings?
Your wayspot is in the database but it's in a level 17 S2 cell that is already occupied by a Pokéstop or Gym, so it cannot appear in that game. It's also within 20 metres of an Ingress Portal, so it can't appear in Ingress either. It may be used in other Niantic games or products though.
yeah, thats correct, but the submitted image dont correlate with the new stop so may it can be a fake spot at the current location.
