Could this be a Wayspot?

Hello,
since I tried one year to get a second wayspot accepted in my area and now it won’t appear due to the S2 cells.. I have only one miniwini chance for a spot.. I need some opinions if it could be a wayspot and what should I write to get it accepted. It’s a kind of artwork.

That's definitely artwork. But where is it located? The nature of the art looks like might be at a child care center or school. But then the 2nd photo looks like it might be on the fence of someone's house. Both of those locations would make it ineligible.
yes, it’s a private house, but the owner sells handmade stuff like this from home. He is already retired, his front yard is full off these artworks. I took the works at the fence, because they are permanently present. I know it’s not perfect, but it’s directly at the way and as I said, my last chance
Being on a private residential fence will mean rejection.
I do like these. Is there any change of getting one installed on a non private area?
I don’t think so, unfortunately. The pieces on the fence are like “advertising” for him. I could buy one of the pieces that are for sale and place it anywhere else xD but I think the chance, that it get stolen is higher, than in it getting a wayspot

You are heading in the right direction just need a suitable location.
Yeah, unfortunately, nothing you wrote after the first sentence matters. Being a single family home means this location, even the fence, is ineligible.
