It on our city land and it a sports recreation place for public use. as everyone needs to retake test of wayfarer site as new policy rules.. stop rejected people pokestop that is accepted on policy rules .. sick of people rejected too many times

A community centre should be accepted, but a couple of things to note about this nomination:
1) it's in the same building as the sports centre, which is already a wayspot by itself. This might confuse reviewers as they're similarly named.
2) even if it was accepted, it wouldn't appear in Pokémon Go because of the level 17 S2 cell rules (only one Pokéstop or Gym per level 17 cell), and it likely wouldn't show up in Ingress either as there are several Portals at this location and it looks like at least one of them would probably be within 20 metres of your nomination.
By all means, attempt to resubmit it or send an appeal within Wayfarer, but don't be surprised when it doesn't end up showing in game if it gets accepted.
