Can someone explain to me how this is rejected by orientation? Literally, this is a perfect photo taken in the middle of the day. Such a thing is rejected and they accept portals made in total darkness where nothing can be seen?

TBH, I had to look at this for a few seconds to figure out what you were nominating. When you don't read the language, all you can go on is the image. I assume you are subbing the playground. But the playground is pretty hard to see with all the other visual clutter.
You've got a bench and a sidewalk in the foreground and a huge building in the back, plus a lot of sky. Focus more closely on just the playground. This makes a good supplemental photo, though.
There is nothing wrong with the photo for that submission.
Yes, a better picture could have been taken but it's not necessary.
Pedantic reviewer at fault
Most of that image shows the building; a very small percentage shows the playground. “Orientation” is the reviewers trying to tell you that you need to move 5 meters closer and take a picture that shows mostly the playground.
