Why this Gym is invalid ?

I proposed a gymnasium as a proposal and it was considered invalid.
I do not understand why. The photo is of good quality, the description is simple, there are no pokestops in the immediate vicinity and the building just in front of a wide sidewalk.

The photo is bland and doesn't actually tell the reviewer what it is, maybe a sign could be help here.
However, generic buildings (or gyms in this case) aren't eligible on their own unless there is something historically, culturally or architecturally significant about that building. If you can explain why it should be a point of interest in relation to its merits, that would be great.

basicly you have to think of it in t his way from the photo can they tell what it is if not its more then likely not a good photo. maybe if there is a plaque or sign denoteing what the building is that could help but as for just a shot of the building it could be any generic buisness . honestly looks like a hotel in my point of view lol.

Gyms are to be rejected as generic businesses unless they have a special story attached to them, have historic or cultural value, and/or are a tourist hotspot.
Humm it is not a private generic business but a public gym managed by the city. I have already seen a lot of gymnasiums as pokéstop and these are rather considered as administrative buildings, in the same way as town halls or sports grounds , in any case in France, I do not know the criteria in the other countries

The criteria isn't any different for any other country. Gyms, under current criteria, aren't eligible.
The issue is really that it is clear that is a city gym. This could be a motel. Look for a sign and make clear it is a gym that is run by the city.
