All the other menu items work, but when I try to review I just see an exclamation point. It is 1:42 pm EST on March 6, 2023.

Me too just now, and it's not like I was reviewing too fast. I even let the review timed out because I forgot.
Same here. I made my last review around 6.30 pm EST (1 our and 40 minutes ago ca), then I had to drive and opened the website again 40 minutes ago and found out I couldn't review anymore
Noticed same. It seems to be down for the moment.

cant review either, just shows the (!) at the top and relogging or reloading page doesnt fix it

Thank you all for flagging this. The team was able to apply a hotfix. It seems that it has improved the situation for some. Please reply here if you are still encountering issues. Also refresh your browser cache and cookies might help.
@NianThib left a comment but forgot a photo has to be reviewed - the photos in the review are tiny now - can y'all fix that?
