These portals are located on a former military site. They have objects or graffiti as a motif, which have already been completely demolished around 2020. The site has been a completely closed off large construction site since around 2019 and is currently being used by a private company as a landfill for construction waste. As soon as the approved backfill volume is exhausted, the site is to be renaturalised and annexed to the city forest directly adjacent to it as a local recreation area. The portals have therefore been gone for at least two years and have not been accessible for some time before that. I live in this area and can confirm that sadly these 3 portals no longer exist.
It would make sense to remove them from the portal network as there is nothing to see there anymore apart from a building dump site.

I have submitted the request for all three portals to be removed via the scanner and all three have been rejected. These portals do no longer exist as explained in the posts before. Please look at this again and consider removing them.
You or @dirhaval-ING will need to post the screenshot of these rejections here in this thread. Niantic insists on these screenshots before they look at a removal, for some reason.

Well I think, because there is nothing happening here and no response or action been taken, Niantic is not really interested to remove non existing POIs.
I don’t think I will bother reporting any of these in the future. 🤷🏼♀️
