Is Niantic powerless against abusers?

This is not a specific title edit appeal even though I could show dozens of rejections of change or rather restorations of correct names which I have submitted recently. This is rather a voice of frustrated, angry and sad player who is powerless against abusers and cannot hope for Niantic’s reaction or help which would solve the problem once and for all.
In historical part of city of Gdańsk, Poland small group of bad actors keeps changing correct names of large number of waystops, including many historical landmarks, to something which is not correct, which uses non existent words most likely invented by these bad actors or names with spelling or grammar errors. These actions destroy the quality of waystops to everyone, not only tourists but also local players, especially younger, lower level players who have no idea what is going on.
All these changes are somehow approved by “community” and actions from ordinary players trying to fix them are being rejected.
In December 2022 I have submitted valid name change appeal and as a result of it Niantic eventually took action and restored names of about 80 waystops. They however most likely did not punish the abusers as most of these restored names have been changed again, along with many more.
Apparently the bad actors feel like they can mock Niantic without any risk of being banned or losing their accounts.
Niantic, can you please show that you own the game, not some small group of abusers which does what they feel like doing without caring for wayfarer policies, quality of waystop names or for other players? Please help and restore quality of your game.

I agree with you.
Essentially, the solution is for Niantic to ban cheaters from logging in cross-platform.
And this could be done if the teams agree with each other.
However, there does not seem to be any discussion between the teams on this matter, despite the fact that several Wayfinders have already asked for this since around 2020.

The use of Kashubian names for wayspots in Gdańsk is correct for several reasons. Firstly, the Kashubian culture is important and rich, and deserves recognition of its language and cultural heritage. Introducing Kashubian names for wayspots in Gdańsk helps to emphasize the significance of this culture and promotes it among the local community and tourists. Secondly, Gdańsk and Kaszuby have a very close and complex history. Kashubians are the indigenous population inhabiting Pomerania, including Gdańsk and its surroundings. Introducing Kaszubian names for wayspots is therefore a sign of respect for the traditions and history of the region. Thirdly, introducing Kashubian names for wayspots in Gdańsk has a positive impact on the protection and promotion of linguistic minorities. Recognizing and promoting linguistic diversity is an important step towards building an open and tolerant society. Fourthly, the existence of Kashubian-speaking wayspots allows residents and tourists to learn new words in the regional language, which is the only language of its kind in Poland and has cultural and historical significance for Gdańsk. The player community is diverse and consists of people with different beliefs and views. Respecting other players and cultures is a basic rule that should be observed by every member of the community. Such behavior can lead to conflicts and disruptions in the game, which is unfavorable for all players.
Godocz - please respect your country, your native language and majority of players. And above all respect Niantic's and Wayfarer's policies which oblige you to use oficial names for wayspots. No Kashubian name is official and nothing you write will change the fact that you and your two friends (if they exist), who call themself Kashubian Community are ruining the game for everyone else.

Maliciously changing the names to ones that few Pokmon players understand is a failure. We are in Poland where you speak Polish. There is no Kashubian country. This language is a local curiosity.

It is precisely for this reason Kashubian-language Wayspots can be a great opportunity for players to learn new expressions in the only regional language in Poland.
"We are in Poland, where you speak Polish" Such statements are similar to extreme xenophobic slogans straight from fascist propaganda like "Germany for Germans." It is shameful that such words are uttered in the context of a city of freedom and solidarity...
Here are two rejection messages I received earlier today. I was trying to restore correct names, unsuccessfully again.

In Silesia there is no such problem. No one forcibly changes names to the Silesian dialect. You are a stubborn jug. Keep doing that. You won't have any game in the end. Don't forget to report me for insulting.

The Kashubians are known for their exceptionally strong character, which has allowed them to survive the pressures of other nations and cultures. Thanks to this, we can now enjoy the wonderful and unique Kashubian culture. If you insult this culture, it seems to be related to your personal nature, but I have no grounds to start labeling you.
If anyone is insulting Kashubians it’s you trying to do the same thing we know from Poland’s history, you try to forcibly eradicate Polish language - the only one official in Poland - from waystop names and force others to use the foreign language instead.
Stop, spend your energy somewhere else, maybe translate some books into Kashubian etc. someone might appreciate your work then. Here you are a malicious abuser who should be punished for not following policies and destroying the game for others.
Unfortunately you are stubborn in your thinking and there is no point in any further discussion with you.
Niantic, please restore a quality of your game in Gdańsk, Poland and revert all malicious name changes.
