Giant cross removed. Deleting wayspot rejected

So I've submitted the deletion of a wayspot of a giant cross that was removed a month ago, but it got rejected. It was a fascist monument, so it didn't belong into the city nor the game anymore.

How can I get this wayspot removed? Coordinates were aprox 39.98696039152225, -0.04378622373729076 and the name is "cruz a los caídos" or something like that.

You can take geotagged photos of where it used to be, and try reporting it to the help bot or here https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/categories/removal-appeals.
Prove that it was fascist, and explain why that's bad. Include links to news articles about its removal.
But if it's visible on streetview or satellite, you'll probably have to wait until they're updated. Niantic is fine with playing a "long game". I see their point on this.
