Additional information: the pokestop was rejected at first, but I appealed (the wayspot isn't seasonal and the location is correct, behind the Heart there's a second pokestop from this location to support the evidence: Krzyż Rudno) and it went through. Unfortunately it landed in the busy cell (cross on the picture occupied that one).

I deleted the draft, because I read a bit and learned the location is correct, but I see it went through, twice. I apologize for wasting your time and thank you.
