You’re not meant to be able to see the cells when nominating/reviewing as it can lead to abuse such as things being nominated in a different cell (even if the location is incorrect etc.)
If I'm nominating something with multiple places I can place the pin, all are completely fine in terms of location it makes no sense as a Go player to choose one which doesn't lead to a stop/gym appearing in Go @Kaylee0712-PGO

If they are both Wayspots in the same cell it doesn't matter if one is a gym or stop, only one will show in Go.
How can we tell if they’re in the same cell? I don't see any grid or indication
There are various websites or tools that can show this information.
In Go the inclusion or exclusion of a Waspot/stop is determined by S2 cells.
Ingress has a 20 metre rule.
Searching for information on S2 cells and using IITC should help.

I have another one. The same pink exclamation point on a newly accepted wayspot.
The new one was the one on the lower right.
I'm wondering why is it pink exclamation point like the one with the basketball court near the water tank.
Does it mean it won't show on PoGo too?
If it's only recently been accepted, you need to wait up to 48 hours for it to show up
