The reasons for rejection chosen by reviewers are not appropriate.

If the reviewers reject it on 'Other Rejection Criteria', I can accept the reviewers' choice.
However, reviewers often choose inappropriate reasons for rejection.
- The reviewer rejected the photo (6000*4000 pixels, 300dpi) as 'Low Quality Photo'.
- The reviewer rejected the information sign provided by the university as 'School (K-12).'
- The reviewer rejected the sign of the trail as 'Obstructs Emergency Services'.
- The reviewer rejected the candidate in the apartment complex on the grounds of 'Private Residence or Farm'.
In addition to these cases, there are many reasons for rejection that I cannot understand.
Wayfarer should provide enhanced guidelines for reviewers to select appropriate reasons for rejection.

Yeah. You practically need a university degree in Niantic-speak to understand a quarter of the rejection reasons. Sadly, Niantic as a company has a long history of being abjectly awful about communicating, and have passed that along to Wayfarers with abjectly awful communication tools in the form of rejection reasons with limited, often inapplicable, and almost always unhelpful descriptions of those rejection reasons. This has been a sore point for virtually everyone who has used Wayfarer for as long as I’ve been nominating and reviewing.
That said, I have found the users of this forum to give helpful feedback. I recommend using the Nomination Improvement forum and posting the nominations in question: all images, all text, pin location, and rejection reasons. Sometimes reviewers see things in a way that nominators don’t, which might offer some insight into the nonsensical rejection reasons.
How unfortunate as it can be, number 1 and 3 could be true. Reviewers could have the opinion your picture has not been centered correctly (not the oriented rejection), too wide, or has too many other things on the picture.
For number 3, it could be that the trail marker is at or directly near an emergency service station or for example a fire hydrant.

Sometimes they just give stupid reasons, but without the nominations these were the only reasons I could think of.
I try to understand that reviewers are also human, so they can misuse the reason for rejection.

a large part of the players only accept their nominations and reject others. "why should someone else play and not us". Unfortunately, there are no penalties for this behavior
There is if you report your onw rejected nomination to help chat and show them how one or multiple rejection reasons that don't make any sense, eg. Natural Feature on a trail marker. Most people get an E-Mail telling them to re-read the criteria, someone else got a 10 day ban

How do you know that the report through chat was what caused the email and the ban? You would have to know 1) who reviewed the nomination and 2) that they chose an inappropriate rejection reason for you to be able to make that connection. I’m not sure that’s possible.
스트리트 뷰는 마음만 먹으면 위치 조작도 가능하고, 360도 파노라마 사진을 편집해서 올리면 거짓후보도 만들 수 있긴 합니다.
그 외에도 스트리트뷰에 빈 공간이 있으면, 구글 지도에 제대로 업로드 되지 않아 검토자가 제대로 된 판단을 내리기 어려울 수도 있구요.
그런 이유가 아니라면, 검토자가 '거짓 후보'로 거부한 것은 거부 사유를 잘못사용한 것 같습니다.
애초 남용탭(Abuse)의 거부 사유는 쉽게 쓸 수 있는 거부사유가 아니기 때문입니다.
