Another incorrect appeal rejection

This is the second time a valid nomination which I appealed got rejected by the appeal team. Come on Niantic, your appeal team need to be educated better so we can stop wasting everyone's time! If you move the streetview marker to below the bridge at these coordinates you can clearly see this bridge (without the mural because it was painted in the fall of 2022). There should be more than enough information there to validate its location.

you won't go back here. you can do this once every 30 days on your wayfarer account. Niantic's review period takes several years. or submit nominations until successful.
My previous incorrectly rejected appeal was handled successfully, see this post: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/39358/invalid-rejected-niantic-appeal. I understand how the system is supposed to work, and if it actually worked that way I would take the steps you mentioned. But I also don't like resubmitting a perfectly valid submission because the appeal team is clearly not functioning as intended. If the appeal team is unable to accurately review these appeals, why have the option to appeal in the first place?
