Are merry go arounds a good nomination? It could be a place for children to gather and have fun. It's not in an amusement park though. I would appreciate everyone's thoughts on this. Thanks.

    A carousel is a delightful subject. As long it’s permanent, not in a prohibited location (school, PRP, etc) and the rest of the nomination details are in order, it should be a winner.
