承認されたWayspotのうち、ingressに反映されなかったものが、いくつかあります。
Wayfarerには表示されているので、再申請しても重複と判断されるようです。
何らかの不具合でしょうか？

Hello and welcome @miso2000-ING
The wayspots you see in the duplicate check are drawn from the Lightship database - this holds all approved wayspots and is separate from all Niantic games.
Each game sets its own rules as to what it will take from the database to use in that game.
For Ingress there is a 20m rule - the minimum distance allowed between portals. If a POI has been been submitted and approved but is less than 20m from any other wayspot it will not be selected by Ingress to enter the game as a portal.
Unfortunately currently there is no way within Ingress to see these wayspots when you are considering submission. Those who have a Pokémon Go account at level 37 and can submit can see nearby additional wayspots in the database.

しかし、2019年以降は20m未満のルールは撤廃されたと捉えておりました。
実際の例をここに添付します。
制限がなかった期間はありましたが、今は制限があります。
