Lost 300+ Agreements and Contribution History

I had my Ingress account deleted because I wanted it not to show anymore on campfire... Long story short it was deleted and it still shows on campfire so that was a waste of time.

My problem though is since I deleted my Ingress account I lost over 300 agreements and all of my contribution waypoint history.

I need to work on the platinum badge and I guess I can start over but is there any way these can be restored? I also would like to contributions restored as it's nice to look at the waypoints that you were responsible for creating.

This is a well known issue. Deleting any of your game accounts if they're linked to each other will cause your Wayfarer stats to be reset, and in some cases can even result in you being banned from Wayfarer.

Niantic are aware of it, as this has been a problem for over a year now. I don't know if they're still actively trying to fix it or whether they are unable to fix it.

Have you had it permanently deleted yet?

They should send you an email that says reply to us with a random string of letters within 30 days.

For me my platinum Wayfarer badge was only reset after I replied and the account was deleted so you could potentially halt the actual deletion and keep the badger, this won't help with your Wayfarer stats though. Those are gone.

Timeline for me went something like this

1. Request account deletion.

2. Receive an email within 24 hours, at this point my Wayfarer account was reset - acceptances, upgrades etc are wiped. Badge still shows as platinum.

3. Badge is reset after I replied to the email and the deletion goes through.

At the moment there's no way for you to rollback your Wayfarer account so that you can see your efforts.

There may be in the future but I strongly doubt it unfortunately.
