Supporting Photo clearly shows the intersection with street names alongside the nomination and there is streetview in the area that matches the background. This is about as definitive a location as can be proven using a supporting photo. I thought Niantic was actually supposed to give reasonable rejection reasons when reviewing appeals? Apparently they are just as unreliable as regular reviewers.

Don't expect that any Niantic review staffs live in your area, because if that's the pole your Wayspot is located, then this is the only thing they would see from the street view that was from 4 years ago:
Anyway tagging @NianticLC or @NianThib .
There is closer streetview of the intersection from 2021 that shows the pole and the surroundings. You can even see the art board but the angle is bad so it is just a side view. This was the point of having the street sign in the supporting photo. It proves location even with no streetview at all. Knowing it was at this intersetion and on a tall pole you can even identify it from satellite view. https://www.google.com/maps/@38.8670629,-106.9826105,3a,75y,211.38h,75.08t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sE8Ob9FdThQ6tv_jVaqPYGQ!2e0!7i13312!8i6656
