City: [Woodbridge]
Country: [United States]

Above: UPDATE! The playground has been removed, I've submitted this for removal here on Wayfarer before since it was previously a defaced playground but now that it has been removed completely I am once again submitting it for removal. Below I will post pictures from my last appeal showing how the playground was defaced with rascist offensive graffiti before it was removed.
Above: Some of the grafitti that was at the playground, NOTE: these pictures are from my last appeal, the playground has been removed in real life
Additional information: [Hello, I am once again submitting Burke Clubhouse for removal in Ingress, Pokémon GO, and all other Niantic services, as you can see in the attached photo below and above, as of March 26th 2023 the playground has been permantley removed. Since it is no longer a playground that would make an easily accessible or fun place to explore and Niantic's data of the location's wayspot is no longer up to date, My request for the in game removal of this wayspot should be accepted.]

Thanks for the appeal, @HuntericaGO-PGO. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
Wow, good use of magic eraser.
@NianticLC, you should reverse your decision and reinstate that wayspot and appropriate actions against the user that intentionally submitted a falsified report. This image was most definitely faked and edited.
What are the chances that in nature you'll find multiple bushes in trees with EXACTLY identical branch structure?(red and yellow circles) Plus you can see unnatural blurriness above words "March"(blue circle) while most of the image perfectly in focus and the edge of that round area just above 2023 doesn't match all the other edges.(pink circle)
This is a malicious report.
I would concur with the fact that this is a malicious report. This user has history, and although I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, this kinda proves that they are submitting false reports. For reference, they also submitted this report:
As you can see, that one was rejected due to lack of sufficient evidence, but despite the fact the trees seemingly match on that report, I already proved that the area that the user was taking the photo from was not the area where the wayspot was located, as can be seen here in a thread where they previously tried to report this wayspot as invalid:
This can therefore only mean that this user has been using some sort of photo editing software, as their own previous evidence shows that the tree from their more recent post simply doesn't exist at the location they say it does.
I don't understand why they want to remove perfectly valid wayspots from what seems like a nice park that would be a good location to play Niantic games.
At any rate, @NianticLC, please reinstate the wayspot and take whatever action is deemed appropriate.
From reading between the lines of the previous posts, they are trying to force a different pokestop to become a gym. I guess they think the current gym is in an inconvenient spot.
If that is the case, I hope that not only will @NianticLC restore this wayspot, but that they'll contact the Pokémon Go dev team to see that it gets reinstated as a Gym instead of whatever wayspot that replaced it as one, as it never should have been removed in the first place.
It wouldn't make much sense to tell someone off for abusing the system in this way, but then still give them the outcome that they wanted as a direct result of that abuse.
See, my presumption is correct after LC accepted this appeal.
To the OP, did you wish to remove these remaining 6 Gyms too?
Why would you go this far to ruin local Pokemon GO communities?
Bump this up. Niantic needs to revert their decision based on malicious report.
there's no abuse here, the wayspot was covered in rascist grafitti and was removed. do you really think Niantic would remove something that they shouldn't have?
I've been constantly harassed since I started posting on this forum, if I had to guess you all have a group chat you use to target me. I've had more than this wayspoy removed like the soccer sign and that was fine but for some reason you all seem to want to torment me over this one
Niantic made the right decision to remove the wayspot, I don't know why you all think having a playground with the literal N word on the front welcome sign is fine but Niantic agreed it should be removed
Again, no abuse here, stop harassing every post I make, I probably won't make another one after this since you all have bullied me so much so I guess you all got what you wanted
If it was really removed, please explain the inconsistencies in the image that @Mxx-ING has highlighted that show clear tampering with your image. Or how about the ones I've highlighted here:
The red box clearly shows tree trunks just sprouting from thin air. Personally I've never been to the USA, but I'm fairly sure that's not how trees work over in the states. Our trees in the UK certainly don't sprout from midair. Additionally, note how the tree in the blue box is identical to the partial tree in the left of the red box. Even genetic cloning would not result in an identical pattern like that.
You managed to (temporarily) pull the wool over their eyes this time. But there are eagle eyed people who know to look closely for faked pictures and you've basically been caught red handed. There's no point denying it because the evidence is clear, so would you care to explain the real reason you're trying to get valid wayspots removed?
We are not intentionally targeting you or trying to bully you or anything like that, and if anyone else was breaking rules like this, they would get called out for doing it too, as you saw with the Antarctica thread you commented on.
Also, for the record, I'm not in any Wayfarer related group chats or anything of the sort. Any of my interactions with you on here have been solely as a result of your "evidence". If you posted legit pictures with legit removal requests, then no one would have an issue with them. I personally would hope you could take this on board and learn to become a better Wayfarer for it.
For a start, if racist graffiti is a problem (and I completely agree such graffiti is abhorrent), then rather than pretending the entire play area was removed by submitting a poorly edited image, why not go there and clean the graffiti off yourself? Or get the people responsible for the park to do so instead?
Why would I join the group chat if it ever exist, if I live more than 10,000km away from your location?
Your action should be questioned here, why trying to manipulate reports? The staffs may not warn you from your past reports, but idk if they'll warn you this time if they find out you've photoshopped the photos.
I dare to have a theory that the OP himself painted these signs with a marker.
So what you are saying is you made another false report about a soccer sign?!
If a playground is covered in graffiti and racist messages, deleting it from the game is not going to clean the playground. 🤦And once it is cleaned up now you deleted a perfectly valid submission under false pretenses.
What you should've done is contacted the police or local government about racist messages.
But instead you faked a photo and lied to Niantic. If it was my call you'd be permanently banned from wayfarer.
Bump

I thought you needed a geotagged photo as proof. Since when a screenshot from a gallery is reliable evidence?
@NianticLC
@NianticAaron @NianticLC @NianticOtoStar @NianThib @NianticTintino
It's been over 2 weeks since this invalid wayspot report was proven to be falsified with malicious intent, and yet the wayspot still hasn't been reinstated and restored as a Gym in Pokémon Go (I appreciate you'll need to talk to the Pokémon Go team about that issue specifically). Can we please get some action to restore things to how they previously were? And can you please take action against the submitter of this falsified report?
We would need additional evidence to ascertain that the object in question is still present at the location. A geotagged image or a video of the location in question will suffice. We would be happy to investigate again once we have the requested information.' Thanks,
That contradicts to @NianticLC decision to approve the request despite being provided with a non-geotagged image that are likely to be photoshopped and just added the date photo was taken.
Anyway, someone has to visit that park.
Since a photoshopped photo is enough to remove Wayspot, maybe it's also enough to restore it?
Before someone does the real pic, unfortunately, it has to be enough.
@LukeAllStars-ING Can an ambassador please bring this up to have it looked at again? Frankly, I don’t care if the author was trying to trigger a different gym, but I think it sets a bad precedent that you can just photoshop a playground out of a picture and Niantic will remove it from the database.
@Elijustrying-ING
@SeaprincessHNB-PGO
sorry, I don’t know how to tag more than one person at a time
Just add another "@" after you've tagged someone? Like this: @PkmnTrainerJ-ING @kawin240-ING @Gendgi-PGO
Although Luke is just enough, he's experienced at faked and photoshopped images.
It got shared with @NianticTintino and @NianThib . The staff will need an image manipulation training so a disgrace like this won't happen that easily again.
This is a very dangerous form of abuse in wayfarer.

Btw, the township and county both still mentioned the playground being there, so basically the most official sources don't say that it got removed
@NianticLC agreed. We had someone photoshopping to get POI removed. It was clearly fake and easily verifiable, it's ridiculous that abuse is allowed and we have to jump through hoops to get it corrected.
The object is present at that location. The provided photo was manipulated to remove! Did you not read the whole thread and look at the provided evidence that the falsified was report?! 🤦
The original poster even admitted that they falsified the report purely to remove the wayspot because it was vandalized!
Thanks for your valuable inputs! After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to restore the Wayspot in question.
