Invalid portal rejection: "Garage Mural"

Another invalid portal report for "Garage Mural" has been rejected. I have been reporting this portal for over a year, and every time it is rejected. I have provided photographic evidence, as well as links to street view, in another thread.

This mural was painted-over many years ago and was on the garage of a residential property anyway.
