This little area is a great way to interact with locals and have a rest or this will motivate people to get on the trail next to it and get some exercise.

I would expect this to be rejected. I get it, it’s part exercise and part socialize, but most reviewers see a couple of benches and a trash can. This is the kind of situation when a sign would make all the difference.
Would it work to put a sign on the lamppost? You do make a good point, I guess back to the drawing board for me, gonna have to explore my local area a tad more
